Insurance Information

We are happy to accept all major forms of insurance.   As a service to you, we file a claim with your insurance company after your child is seen.  Please remember that insurance is considered a method of lessening or reimbursing fees paid to the office, and is not a substitute for payment.  It is your responsibility to know what your insurance covers, and to pay for any deductible amount, co-pay, or any balance not paid by your insurance company.

  • Know Your Insurance Plan!

    Private insurance plans vary widely.  Some cover check-ups, and some cover only sick visits.  It is your responsibility to know what your insurance plan covers!  For example, if your child is given immunizations, and your insurance plan does not cover immunizations, you may be responsible for these fees.  We therefore recommend that you contact your insurance company and discuss coverage before being seen by our office.

  • Co-pays

    Insurance co-pays, if required, are collected before your appointment. The parent or responsible adult that comes in with the child to the office should be prepared to pay the co-pay on arrival to the office.

  • If We Don't Accept Your Insurance

    If your insurance plan is not accepted at our office, we may still be able to see your child as an "out of network provider".  You may then submit any receipts to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.  Ask our receptionist for more details.

    If you do not wish to use your insurance, office fees may also be paid by cash, check or credit card.  A 15% discount is offered for office fees paid in full during the visit.
